Method:
  1. 1Add water into BRC600
  2. 2Switch on Rice/Steam mode til boiling temperature. Add stainless steel steam tray
  3. 3Put Eriocheir Sinensis onto the stream tray and cover it with basil leaves.
  4. 4Serve onto table after 15-20 mins
